Our objective is to provide excellent quality, independent and unbiased advice. We aim to deliver a service that is easily understood and best able to help our client’s meet their financial goals.

To do this we strive to always work in the best interests of our clients.

We want to demonstrate this by adhering to the following values in everything we do.

Value 1 – Independence

We prize our independence very highly and believe that our only goal should be to satisfy our client. We demonstrate this by rejecting all bias, even down to the research tools we use. We would rather pay for something independent than rely on an insurance company’s solution. We want to avoid even the suggestion that we are not being impartial. If we recommend something to you, it is because you are our priority.

Value 2 – Clarity

We know that financial products and services can be confusing at times. There is too much jargon, but some of it is necessary. It is our job to help you understand the financial products and solutions we recommend. We do our best to make this as easy to understand as possible. We do not want to use complexity to obscure things you need to know. We welcome feedback in this area.

Value 3 – Integrity and Fair Treatment

This means we will do for you what we say will do. Our clients are unique, with their own goals, needs and objectives and this means they need to be treated as the individuals they are. We will agree on the services to be provided and deliver them. We will do what we say we will do.

Value 4 – Professionalism and Education

As a chartered firm we hold ourselves to the highest standards.This means continued professional development for our staff. We demonstrate this via qualifications and ongoing development throughout the year. All our advisers maintain these standards overseen by the Chartered Insurance Institute,and all our staff are encouraged to attend events to further their knowledge and skills.

Value 5 – Compliance

Financial advice is a highly regulated profession, and we take our responsibilities seriously. Compliance is more than a ‘tick-box’ process for us, and we spend a lot of time and money to make sure that we do things properly so that our clients can have full confidence in our business,and the recommendations we make.

Value 6 – Accountability

We set high standards for ourselves, and we do our best, but we are not perfect. We welcome feedback from our clients because there is always some way to improve. Whether this is an online review, or the feedback forms we send out, we are always willing to listen.
